Config Browser back-end improvements+Blog

The back-end has just undergone a lot of restructuring, making better use of the SQL and Rails infrastructure.

This makes things internally more logical and powerful, while for the end user, performance, searching, grouping and sorting should be improved.

Some more things are now cached either in Memory or in the Database, this should help performance aswell.

A few front-end improvements were snuck in, however these are minor, the menu was also slightly updated, hopefully a lot more improvements there in next days, now that the back-end is proper :)

Also Weapons and Vehicles are properly linked to Factions and Vehicleclasses, giving some extra view modes.
